As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Build and maintain strong connections with individual real estate agents and key influencers within agencies to sell online marketing solutions.
  • Foster relationships with Agency Leaders and Division Directors to uncover new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product training sessions to educate and inform clients.
  • Participate in business events and client engagement activities to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up, increasing client retention rates.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.



We're looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients to make purchasing decisions.
